  • Classic Soy Sauce: An all-purpose workhorse for any dish. Our select-harvest whole black soybeans are naturally high in protein and have an unique oomph that you can’t get with conventional yellow beans.   • Brown Rice Vinegar: Made with a 8:2 blend of organic brown rice and short-grain white rice. Grown with no pesticides on Taiwan’s east coast, the grains are slow-fermented to retain their mineral-rich depth.   • Silky Soy Sauce: This is a finishing sauce. It's luxurious and velvety, designed for dipping or drizzling. Brewed twice—first in salt water, then in soy sauce—it has a deeper umami backbone than others. A kiss of cane sugar gives it a glossy touch.
