Roasted Black Soybean Tea
A nutty, caffeine-free tea made from native heirloom Taiwanese black soybeans. The beans are meticulously hand-roasted over medium heat for layered warmth. You might notice faint sweet notes of honeycomb — a distinctive characteristic of this heirloom variety.
Black soybeans are also naturally rich in anthocyanins and other antioxidant compounds, and the tea has long been part of traditional wellness practices in East Asia. When you're done brewing, you can even snack on the beans.
Each pack includes 12 tea bags, made with plant-based sachets derived from corn.
